    Has anyone made of or know of a supplier for a dust hose collar to fit my 15watt 6040 cnc machine, not sure of the motor did get as sat in lounge, but ideas required first

    Do you mean a dust shoe? If so Boyan can make you a custom one to fit your spindle & vacuum hose:

    Wow, I did not even know that it is so easy to make such a dust shoe. Only if I had known before, I would not spend that much money on these things. I was buying them on ebay just like a 15 years old boy is getting all the skins in counter strike or any other game. I still remember back when I bought a really terrible shoe, it actually scratched the floor so freaking much, that I had to call for niftytilecleaning.com.au so they would actually repair it. Man, I was soooo annoyed by that, seriously.
