Hi,
I can't contact you through private message yet as you haven't been around long enough so haven't posted enough yet. You need to make about 10 posts I think before Admin allows it. So if you make more posts then eventually I will be able to send you my details. I won't post them on a public forum because I'll have some wack job ringing me in the middle of the night but I'll happily give you my numbers and email.
Here are a few questions so you can boost your post's. Answering them one post at a time will speed things up.
Why 1m x 1m.?
It's more common to work in sheet sizes or some division of a full sheet. ie: The nearest to 1m x 1m would be 1250 x 1250 or 1300 x 1300.
What's the thickest material or longest cutter you'll mostly want to use.?
Bench mounted or free-standing.?-use common sense, if you lack it, there is no software to help that.

I just made a video and discovered I sound a bit like that David Attenborough bloke on telly, perhaps I could have a budding new career doing voice overs?
